Celebrity photographer Tyler Shields grabbed our attention this weekend with his recent photo shoot of actress Ana Mulvoy-Ten.
The photo shoot took place in Los Angeles where the former Nickelodeon star comes into close contact with a very large alligator taking a bite out of a 35cm crocodile Birkin bag, valued around $58,000 (not the $100,000 mentioned above).
It wasn’t the first time Shields grabbed our attention for the destruction of an Hermes product. He was the photographer when Clint Eastwood’s daughter, Francesca, violently set a red crocodile Birkin on fire in 2012. This time the photos tend to be more humorous, poking fun at the origin of these exotic skins and the glamorization of luxury handbags in fashion print media.
