In 1927, Hermès introduced its first piece of jewelry—the Filet de Selle bracelet, which pays tribute to the house’s equestrian roots.
Now, the Filet d’Or collection offers a modern take on that debut line, featuring both familiar and new motifs for necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings.
Many of the pieces are crafted in rose and white gold and embellished with diamonds, using Hermès’s renowned bijouterie technique (a method where thousands of tiny precious stone s are worked into a single item; for example, the Filet d’Or long necklace has more than 2,400 diamonds). For horse lovers, there are pieces with the Attelage buckle clasp design, and for those wanting an even more historic touch, a Milanese mesh inspired by chain mail from the Middle Ages.
